Overall pleasant stay of 8 nights. Particularly good and unbeatable location very close to amenities including the high street, centre and sea front and the beach, everything perfect. Very helpful and super friendly staff and host. Nice bedroom; very clean beds. Clean bathroom and kitchen. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators available.

We greatly enjoyed every moment of the stay, real good experience. Staff was pleasant entire time of our stay. Tidy and soundproof rooms and there was kitchen. The bathroom was fairly clean, could use shower facilities and a hair dryer.

The location here was interesting, being near a raw dog food factory, but it didn't bother me at all. The staff were all really nice, which made my stay even better. The surroundings were lovely and added to the overall experience. 🌟

All in all, it is chilled-out base for staying in Southend-on-Sea.

From start to finish - a really amazing experience of 8 nights. Great value, would recommend. Incredible and stunning location, 15 minutes' walk from Roots Hall Stadium. Also - short walk to the sea front and the nearest train station.

The property was modern and clean. It was very easy to get the key to access the property. The bed was super comfy. The hosts were friendly and efficient.

The hot water system was not sufficient for multiple baths and was not properly explained. The noise from traffic outside could be bothersome with the windows open.

We had a fantastic time at the beautiful Meridian Apartment. the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies. the presence of a dustpan and brush was a pleasant surprise, as many owners do not provide them. the apartment was conveniently located near a Lidl, and the internet worked perfectly. the transparent curtains behind the normal curtains allowed for more light while maintaining privacy. We were also impressed by the helpful and friendly cleaner, Miss Zoya. We would rate our stay a 10 and hope to return to experience the same excellent service. Cons: For us, the stay was ideal. 👌.
